We create and sell handmade cards, gifts, personalised products and custom creations.

As many of our products are handmade, slight variations may occur between products. This is a normal characteristic of handmade items and means that each product may have its own individual character.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, an alternative product or a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully received and we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue with product availability, pricing, payment or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, any payment already taken will be refunded.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors in information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect delivery address.

5. Personalised and Custom Orders

For personalised or custom-made products, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is correct, including names, dates, spelling, wording, colours and any other requested details.

We may contact you to clarify details before creating your order.

Once work has started on a personalised or custom order, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after production has started, additional charges may apply.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an item has been listed at an incorrect price and the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will contact you before proceeding.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product or delivery information page.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order size, personalisation requirements and the delivery service used.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by postal or courier services, severe weather, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the problem.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Where a return is legally permitted, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Personalised and custom-made items are generally not eligible for return because they have been made specifically for you, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards may only be used in accordance with the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot normally be resold.

If a gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen gift cards.

Any expiry date or additional terms applicable to a gift card will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, text, logos, graphics and other materials, belongs to Jade Price Creations or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Product Designs and Custom Artwork

Custom requests and designs created by Jade Price Creations remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creating a custom product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual property to the customer.

We may retain the right to use photographs of completed custom products for our portfolio, website or social media unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
